• Kijana acts as the primary facilitator of all deals, gigs, and opportunities on the Platform.
• Users may engage with other users or third parties for gigs, internships, or services.

These agreements, transactions, or contracts are solely between the parties involved, and Kijana is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from such interactions.

5. Platform Exclusivity

• All agreements, transactions, or contracts made under the Kijana name must occur through the Platform.

• Any deal or arrangement made outside the Platform under Kijana’s name is considered null and void, and Kijana will not recognize or honor such transactions.

• Users may not represent Kijana externally without prior written authorization.

6. Kijana Discretionary Intervention

• Kijana reserves the right to intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties when deemed necessary, at its sole discretion.

• Intervention may include mediation, temporary suspension of accounts, or other measures to protect the integrity of the Platform.

• Kijana’s intervention does not create any liability or guarantee any particular outcome.

• All content on Kijana, including text, graphics, logos, software, and designs, is the property of Kijana or its licensors.

• Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any proprietary content without express written consent.

• Users may terminate their account at any time.

Dispute Management survive termination.
